FP6299-8A/10A Current Mode Non-Synchronous PWM Boost Converter
DataSheetGeneral Description
The FP6299 is a current mode boost DC-DC converter. It is PWM circuitry with built-in 20mΩ(FP6299X)/15mΩ(FP6299e) power MOSFET make this regulator highly power efficient. The non-inverting input of error amplifier connects to a 1.2V precision reference voltage. The Soft start time can be programmed with an external capacitor, which sets the input current ramp rate (FP6299e).
Current mode control and external compensation network make is easy and flexible to stabilize the system.
The FP6299 is available in the SOP-8L(EP) and QFN-16L(FC) package to fit in space-saving PCB for the application fields.Features
